The Elementary School of Pierce offers a series of unified experiential programs, designed and targeted consistently, from 1st to 6th Grade. The themes and objectives of the offered experiential programs stem from the school’s focus and priority on the mental health and resilience of its students, the promotion and cultivation of healthy eating as a daily practice and way of life, the ability to foster harmonious and creative collaboration among students while respecting and promoting diversity, and the essential modern education aimed at raising environmental awareness and developing STEAM skills.
Specifically, the unified educational design of all experiential programs seeks, through their continuous interconnection with one another and with all subjects taught in each grade where applicable, to tailor their content and objectives according to learning needs and circumstances. In this way, students acquire the necessary knowledge, perceptions, attitudes, and skills for each field individually, while always understanding the interconnected and mutually reinforcing nature of knowledge and applying this perspective to every creative journey.
Pierce is committed to leveraging the talent and potential of its employees while fostering an inclusive workplace, free from unconscious bias, predispositions, and stereotypes.
