The Counseling Center for Studies Abroad (Pierce Studies Abroad Program) supports and guides Pierce students and alumni through the application process for universities abroad, providing valuable information and advice. In the familiar environment of the College, our students are informed about available academic programs and receive support in making academic choices.
Prospective candidates for studying abroad are guided step by step—from completing online applications to writing personal statements and selecting recommendation letters—to ensure their applications are completed and submitted correctly. Additionally, throughout the academic year, informational sessions for parents and students, visits from university representatives abroad, and workshops are organized to help students explore academic programs and make informed decisions.
The Counseling Center for Studies Abroad comprises two offices: the US College Counseling Office, for studies and summer programs in the United States, and the International Universities Office, for all other countries. Their mission is to effectively assist Pierce students in expanding their horizons in higher education and preparing for a successful future.
