Giving to Pierce

The American College of Greece is a non-profit educational institution that reinvests all revenue from its educational services into fulfilling its mission—delivering excellence in teaching, providing scholarships, and contributing to society. Contributions from individuals and organizations help bridge the gap between tuition revenue and the school’s commitment to offering outstanding education. These donations not only provide financial aid to talented students but also enhance learning opportunities beyond the traditional classroom.

Pierce is universally acknowledged as the best school in Greece. With history, vision, and continuous growth. The Committee helps raise resources to strengthen the Scholarship Fund. If even a single child who appreciates and makes the most of the wealth that Pierce offers in education is supported to begin or continue their studies here, that is a significant achievement.
Stamatis Pappas, Pierce parent & Committee Member
The contribution of each of us is the best we can do. Because a scholarship is not simply financial support. It is trust. It is a message that says: 'We believe in you. Keep going.' It is the difference between 'I can't' and 'I will try,' 'I will make it.' Because together, we can create something that surpasses each of us individually. We can become the reason a child pursued their dream.
Kostis Stavropoulos, Pierce parent and Committee Member
As a parent and President of the Parents' and Guardians' Association of the Pierce Kindergarten and Primary School, I deeply believe that the strength of our school community lies in collaboration and in the unity of all generations — parents, children, and alumni. The existence and work of the Committee lay the foundations for a new generation of children with vision, values, and the confidence that they can grow without limits.
Haris Margaris, Pierce parent, Committee Member and President of the Kindergarten and Primary School Association
As a student, a mother, and President of the Parents' Association at Pierce, the philosophy of non ministrare sed ministrari is deeply rooted within me. Participation in the Committee is an opportunity to turn it into action, offering children the possibility to open horizons that until yesterday may have seemed like an unattainable dream.
Theodora Kotziamanis, Pierce parent, Committee Member and President of the Middle and High School Association
