Graduation Guide

Lyceum & IB

Graduation of Lyceum and IB Students for the Academic Year 2025-26

Date and Time: Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 8:30 PM
Venue: The American College of Greece Stadium, Aghia Paraskevi, Attica (weather permitting). In case of rain, the event will be moved to the Deree Indoor Gymnasium, where there will be two (2) seats for guests. The rest of your guests will be located in the College premises where there will be a live broadcast of the event.
Rehearsal: On Saturday, June 27, a rehearsal will be held, in which participation is mandatory for students to take part in the Commencement. Afterwards, the graduating students will receive their gowns and will have the opportunity to view and order, if desired, the School’s commemorative ring.

Each graduating student will receive up to ten (10) invitations for numbered seats and one (1) parking pass for a vehicle within the College premises. Seat reservations for guests, as well as vehicle entry and parking, will be managed electronically through the Eventora application (further details will be sent in the coming days). Guests must present their personal QR code, either in printed or electronic form, at the entrance of the stadium, both for themselves and their vehicle.

Student arrival must be completed by 6:00 PM. Students will proceed to the Pierce Indoor Gym to put on their gown and cap and then take their place in the lineup.
Student Dress Code: White shirt (worn under the gown), dark trousers, and black shoes (no athletic footwear).
Female Students’ Dress Code: Safety pins for securing the gown’s collar and hairpins for the cap (for long hair) will be needed. It is advisable to avoid very high heels.

Guest arrival will begin at 7:00 PM and must be completed by 8:15 PM.

Photographs of the graduates will be taken for keepsake purposes, and the event will also be recorded for the same purpose. Both photography and videography will be carried out by external photographers collaborating with the College. You will be informed about the process for receiving these materials.
