Graduation Guide

Lyceum & IB

Graduation of Lyceum and IB Students for the Academic Year 2023-24

Date and Time: Sunday, June 30, 2024, at 8:30 PM
Location: The American College of Greece Track, Aghia Paraskevi, Attica (weather permitting).
Rehearsal: Saturday, June 29, 2024, at 9:30 AM, at the American College of Greece Track.
Attendance at the rehearsal is mandatory for all students.

Each graduating student will receive seven (7) invitations for numbered seats and one (1) parking pass for a vehicle within the College premises. Seat reservations for guests, as well as vehicle entry and parking, will be managed electronically through the Eventora application (further details will be sent in the coming days). Guests must present their personal QR code, either in printed or electronic form, at the entrance of the stadium, both for themselves and their vehicle.

Guest arrival will begin at 7:00 PM and must be completed by 8:15 PM.
Student arrival must be completed by 6:00 PM. Students will proceed to the Pierce Indoor Gymnasium to put on their gown and cap and then take their place in the lineup.
Student Dress Code: White shirt (worn under the gown), dark trousers, and black shoes (no athletic footwear).
Female Students’ Dress Code: Safety pins for securing the gown’s collar and hairpins for the cap (for long hair) will be needed. It is advisable to avoid very high heels.

Photographs of the graduates will be taken for keepsake purposes, and the event will also be recorded for the same purpose. Both photography and videography will be carried out by external photographers collaborating with the College. You will be informed about the process for receiving these materials.

Kindergarten & Elementary School

Graduation Ceremony for Kindergarten Students, Academic Year 2022–2023

Date and Time: Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 7:00 PM

Location: Open-air theater, East Campus, Spata

Each graduating student will receive six (6) invitations for corresponding seats, along with parking access for two (2) vehicles within the East Campus. Seat reservations for guests will be made electronically through the Eventora application (further details will be sent to the parents of graduates in the coming days). Guests must have their personal QR code available for presentation at the side entrances, either in printed or electronic form.

Guest arrival will begin at 6:00 PM and must be completed by 6:20 PM.
Student arrival must also be completed by 6:20 PM.
Student Attire: According to the role of each child in the theatrical performance.

Photography – Videotaping: Photos of the graduates will be taken, and the event will be videotaped by an external partner. Orders for photos and videos can be placed following the instructions that will be provided. Photography and videotaping are carried out with parental consent, which was signed during the electronic registration of students for the current school year. Further information and instructions regarding photo and video orders will be sent by the School Secretariat.

Graduation of 6th Grade Students, Academic Year 2022 – 2023

Date and Time: Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 8:00 PM

Location: Open Theater, East Campus, Spata

6th Grade Graduation Program

Each graduating student will receive six (6) invitations for corresponding seats, with parking available for two (2) vehicles within the East Campus. Seat reservations for guests will be made electronically via the Eventora application (more details will be sent to the parents of graduating students in the coming days). Guests must have their personal QR code available for display at the side entrances, either in printed or electronic form.

Guest arrival will begin at 7:00 PM and must be completed by 7:30 PM.
Student arrival must also be completed by 7:30 PM.
Student Attire: White dress and white shoes for girls. White pants, white shirt, and white shoes for boys.
Photos – Video Recording: Photos of the graduates will be taken, and the event will be video recorded by an external collaborator. Orders for photos and the video can be placed afterward according to the instructions that will be provided. The photography and video recording are carried out with prior parental consent, signed during the students’ electronic registration for the current school year. Further details regarding photo and video orders will be sent via a message from the School Secretariat.
