Students can toggle between three reading levels on each article, have articles read aloud, and use Merriam-Webster’s dictionary to hear pronunciations and read definitions in English or Spanish. Each article can also be translated into more than 80 languages.

Gale In Context Elementary

Gale In Context Elementary database is designed for school children, teachers, and parents to find valid information in publishers like Encyclopaedia Brittanica, Blackbirch Press, KidsPost from the Washington Post, Youngzine, and more. Content is daily updated, and includes indexed, searchable content with more than 16,600 images, 1,700 charts and graphs, and 600 educational videos on animals, geography, health, literature, influential people, social studies, sports, and technology.
