During this period, the Kindergarten and Primary School students in our School enthusiastically collected recyclable materials to support the preschool classes “Artful Playmakers” and “World Explorers,” who participated in the 2nd Educational Recycling Competition organized by the Municipality of Athens.
As part of this initiative, the students of the two preschool classes visited the Spata Town Hall, where they met with the Mayor. There, they presented the process they followed during their preparation and, as a token of gratitude, offered the Municipality a seahorse sculpture created by the “Artful Playmakers.” This sculpture, made entirely from recyclable materials, aims to raise awareness about the protection of the sea and will now be displayed at the Town Hall.

As a school community, we are committed to continuing this initiative—both collectively and within each educational unit—reminding our students that our actions can have a positive impact on the broader society.
