This Thanksgiving, our school transformed into a place of joy, sharing, and heartfelt connections. Inspired by the tale The Giving Tree, a story of love, generosity, and selflessness, the class «Ξετρυπωτές Ιστοριών» performed a play. We also welcomed children from «Μητέρα» to join our celebration. Together, we made crafts, played games, and shared laughter. To end the day, we held our traditional “Turkey Trot.”
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we also had the joy of offering toys to the children—gifts collected by our pre-K and kindergarten classes. Each toy carried the love and thoughtfulness of our school community, and the joy on the children’s faces was a beautiful reminder of how small acts of giving can make a big impact.
This Thanksgiving celebration taught us all that gratitude goes beyond saying "thank you." It’s about recognizing the blessings we have, sharing them with others, and spreading kindness.
