The Pre Kindergarten students participated in an experiential educational program on light and shadow, specially designed to support their ongoing projects, delivered by the team of Penny’s Light Seminar. Through creative games, hands on experiments, and open explorations, the children observed the properties of light and discovered how it transforms the space around us.

They reflected on the importance of light for life on planet Earth, as well as the role it plays on distant planets and other celestial bodies. Following a philosophy of learning through observation, dialogue, and experience, the children had the opportunity to develop their own hypotheses, test ideas, and discover answers through play and interaction.
Light became a “thinking tool” that opened the way to new questions, new stories, and new ways of interpreting the world.
