Eleni Geroulanou visited our Kindergarten library and met with the children of both Kindergarten and Pre-K, bringing along her books to talk with us about different kinds of museums.
The Kindergarten children were introduced to the Benaki Museum through the book “The Alphabet of the Benaki Museum”. They played with the alphabet and letters and created their own alphabet line.

The Pre-K children read her book “Once Upon a Bear” and learned about the history of the Benaki Toy Museum, centered around the collection of Maria Argyriadi. At the end, they created their own toys using various materials.
