About the Event
Adolescence is a period of intense change and challenges. In today’s social environment—where violence, digital realities, and increased psychosocial pressures shape young people’s daily lives—the need to understand and strengthen their mental resilience is more important than ever.
The event “Adolescence Unfiltered” brings critical questions to the forefront:
- How do teenagers perceive the violence around them?
- Have mental health difficulties increased, and what do current data show?
- How can we recognize early signs of psychological distress?
- What role do human relationships play in strengthening resilience?
