University Counseling

The Pierce University Counseling program guides students and parents on the university exploration, application and admissions process in the U.S., U.K. Europe and other international locations. The process begins by assessing students' skills, interests, abilities and life goals and aligning their IB DP courses or other courses of the mainstream program, with the university requirements of their top-choice schools.

Our holistic approach includes providing students with unique experiences to grow academically, socially and civically to prepare them for college life and allow them to enter the most competitive schools around the world.

For an appointment, please contact Mr. Anthony Jones, International University Counselor (tel. +30 210 600 9800, ext. 1064, email: [email protected])

The Counseling Center for Studies Abroad provides Pierce students the opportunity to explore their options for furthering their education in countries outside Greece and, throughout the school year, representatives from universities from the U.S., U.K. and Europe will be visiting Pierce to share information about their undergraduate programs and the university admissions process.

Announcement about UK studies: Students from the European Union starting courses in England in the 2019/20 academic year will continue to be eligible for "home fee status", which means they will be charged the same tuition fees as UK students. They will also be able to access financial support for the duration of their course on the same basis as is available today (see announcement). Kindly note that Scotland has already confirmed that students from other European Union (EU) countries who start their course in the academic year 2019-20 will not be charged tuition fees.

If you or your child would like to attend a specific university presentation, please email Mr. Anthony Jones, International University Counselor at[email protected]. Students must have a pass from the Dean's Office in order to attend university presentations during school hours.
