Theodoris Mitsakos, Pierce graduate 2022, was accepted at the University at Buffalo on a tennis athletic scholarship! University at Buffalo is an NCAA Division 1 institution offering also an excellent academic program, which will give Thodoris the opportunity to perfectly combine his studies with sports and tennis!
Thodoris joined the Deree Tennis Academy and began attending Pierce College from grade 7, on an athletic scholarship in tennis six years ago. He won the Panhellenic junior championship 5 times in a row, won many titles in international competitions, reached the 124th place in the world ranking, and he received an invitation and traveled to Melbourne to participate in the Australian Open Junior Championship 2022!
