A group of 20 students from the B Lyceum class of Pierce – The American College of Greece will take part in the Student Conference “K. Karyotakis: a poet, an era,” organized by the Directorate of Secondary Education for B Athens, the 1st & 2nd General Lyceums of Agia Paraskevi and the 1st & 2nd General Lyceums of Pefki on Friday, January 25, 2019.
Their Faculty Advisor is Philologist Mr. Ioannis Parisis and the topic our students will present is “The satirical Karyotakis: sarcasm and self-sarcasm in Greece in the interwar period.”
