Students of Α3 Gymnasium of Pierce – The American College of Greece continued and enriched the school’s collaboration with the school in Myanmar, through the organization “United World Schools,” which began in 2018. The students of this class communicated with the students of the school and organized cultural exchanges (artistic creations, such as paintings, videos, etc.)
In addition, Greek language teacher Ms. Christina Koronaiou, took part in the online meeting “Inspiration Event,” at which she presented the efforts being made by the organization “United World Schools” in the regions of Nepal, Cambodia and Myanmar, for the improvement of learning conditions and all children’s access to education. The Managing Director of the Organization welcomed our school’s contribution to the school community of Myanmar, in a very moving letter to Pierce students.
