New Pierce Junior Achievement team ready for distinctions!

Homo Ergo is the name of the 10th Student Virtual Business in Pierce’s history and it is already in action. The Club is comprised of 52 students, has 4 subsidiaries and will engage in the field of social care. Homo Ergo is creating a new organizational model for student entrepreneurship not only in Greece, but also in the world!

The company produces new innovative products (devices, applications) and develops initiatives, in cooperation with other social organizations and agencies, such as Humane, with the aim of improving the daily lives of our fellow humans who suffer from chronic illnesses. The company’s 5-member Board of Directors consists if Harry Seimanidis (President), Panagis Gkouvelis (CEO), Theodore Iakovou (CFO), Christina Servou (Marketing Director) and Kelly Skouropoulou (PR Manager), all Pierce A Lyceum students.

Homo Ergo aspires to offer yet another noteworthy social action, carrying on the great tradition of previous Pierce student enterprises and also to be worthy of this year’s distinction of Pierce as “Entrepreneurial School of the Year 2018” in Greece!
